She closed her eyes to find herself,
Feel the hum of the sky and hush of the meadow.
She closed her eyes to see,
To sit with her wild, to breathe in her nature.
And in the quiet she remembered,
Perhaps she’d never forgotten,
This beautiful longing within.
There all the time, just hidden.
